As a Store Manager for transviralist’s you will act as an transviralist’s brand ambassador; You will inspire, coach and lead the team to deliver excellence as well as drive growth and KPI’s. You will be passionate about setting and maintaining high standards throughout your store and helping this to shine through in your team’s excellent customer service.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with an enthusiastic attitude. Commercial awareness with the ability to read sales reports and spot any key opportunities for sales growth.
• A strong retailing background with solid experience at a Store Manager level.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team.
• Holds a proactive mindset, uses initiative and is a critical thinker.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead, motivate and retain talent.  

Store Operations

·      Manage inventory activities taking into account inventory results and operations guidelines.

·      Adhere to and reinforce brand visual merchandising guidelines

·      Ensuring the strict application of upkeep and maintaining standards throughout the store.

Customer Experience:

• Lead by example to create and maintain a positive, welcoming, and inspiring shopping experience through assisting customers at all touchpoints to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Support and grow your management team in Training and motivating all Sales Assistants to deliver high quality service and convey our brand's innovative vision.
• Elevate the shopping experience through operating an inspiring, visually appealing and well organised space.

Retail Sales Assistant - Full Time

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting full-time Sales Assistants who will work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influence and increase sales in a one-to-one selling environment.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilising effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity.
• Build a strong bond between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individuals' personalities and needs.
• Learn and confidently share our product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
• Ensure store tidiness and maintain a well-ordered display.
• Remain vigilant while on the shop floor and adhere to company security policies and procedures.

Schedule:

• 7.5-hour shift over 5 days (Full Time position)
• Weekend Availability
• Lates/ Evening shifts

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
